We make every effort to process and ship items within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. Please note we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed Monday. Depending on location, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery via USPS or UPS Ground. The company missPhoebes and Friends is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. Please be sure your contact information is correct.

Orders may arrive in multiple packages. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We only ship within the USA and currently are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
